Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Ammendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window of the company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2022 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2022.
