The outcome of the Board Meeting held on 26th August 2023 1. The reclassification of three members of the Company who are presently classified as part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category under regulations 30 and 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Amended the AGM notice to be sent to the members by adding the above agenda for approval of the Members.
