Pursuant to Regulation 30 , of SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the members of GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited of Material Subsidiary of the company at their Extraordinary General Meeting held at a shorter notice on November 21, 2025, passed a special resolution approving voluntary liquidation of the company under section 59 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations 2017.
