Pursuant to the Provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we hereby intimate the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Wednesday - 11.11.2020 to consider the following interalia amongst the following :<BR> <BR> 1] To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 30th September, 2020; and<BR> <BR> 2] To consider and approve under Chapter III - Voluntary Delisting vide Regulations 6 & 7 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares Regulation) 2009 as amended from time to time. Delisting of Equity Shares from any one of the Stock Exchanges viz. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., where the Equity Shares of the Company are presently listed.<BR>
