The Trading Window for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022, in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from Saturday October 01, 2022 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 Accordingly, all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 will be informed in due course.
