This is to inform you that the on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the<BR> Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, i.e. 12th November, 2020 (which commenced at 11:00 AM),<BR> in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR, have<BR> approved the appointment of Mrs. Nishi Arora Sabharwal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive<BR> Women Independent) w.e.f. 12th November, 2020, to hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General<BR> Meeting of the Company. Mrs. Nishi Arora Sabharwal has also been appointed as an Independent<BR> Director (Additional Director) for a period of 4 consecutive years (not liable to retire by rotation), subject<BR> to approval of the members.
