| GMM Pfaudler Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. Payment of Final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, if any; subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>3. Proposal for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company, subject to requisite approvals and corresponding increase in the Authorised Share Capital, if any.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to Companys letter dated March 30, 2022 and pursuant to the GMM Pfaudler Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company which has been closed since March 31, 2022 will remain closed up to May 27, 2022 (both days inclusive). | |
