Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held today, i.e. Thursday, 13th day of March, 2025 at the registered office of the company, to consider and approve the following businesses:
1) Appointment of M/s A.D. Brahmbhatt & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2024-25.
2) Appointment of M/s. Mukesh J. & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2024-25.
