| Goblin India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 13, 2020, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To recommend & approve issue of Bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>2. To approve the proposal of Migration of Company from SME platform of BSE to Main Board of BSE Limited.<BR><BR>3. To consider the appointment of Internal Auditor of the company.<BR><BR>4. To consider the appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the company.<BR><BR>5. To consider the appoint of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>Trading Window Closure :<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to Clause 4, Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) in sync with the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular dated April 02, 2019; it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all insiders and their immediate relatives<BR>covered under the code with effect from April 01, 2020 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results and half-yearly results of the Company for the financial year and half-year ended March 31, 2020. | |
