In continuation of our earlier letter no. GPIL/NSE&BSE/2021/4587 dated 28.12.2021 vide which we have informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2022 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2021, for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 31st January, 2022 for considering inter-alia of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2021. We would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. up to 02nd February, 2022.
