GODAWARI POWER & ISPAT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Godawari Power & Ispat Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 28th Day of May, 2022, to consider and approve, inter alia, a) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022; b) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2022; c) Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
