In continuation of our earlier letter no. GPIL/NSE & BSE/2020/ dated September 28, 2020 vide which we have informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020, for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. <BR> <BR> The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2020 for considering inter-alia of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> We would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. upto closing of the trading hours of November 07, 2020. <BR>
