| GODFREY PHILLIPS INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to notify that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Saturday, the 30th October, 2021 at 12:30 P.M. to, inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> Under our letter dated 30th September, 2021, we had communicated closure of trading window in respect of the Company from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
