The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, November 8, 2021, has approved grant of 756 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Six) stock options to an eligible employee of the Company under the Godrej Agrovet Limited - Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2018 ('ESGS 2018'), subject to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, at an exercise price of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per option.<BR> <BR> The above information is also being uploaded on the Company's website, viz., www.godrejagrovet.com.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above information on record.
