| The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide its resolution passed by circulation on November 10, 2020, has approved the allotment of 3,076 (Three Thousand Seventy Six) Equity Shares of Face Value ? 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to Mr. Nasim Ali, CEO - Oil Palm Plantation Business (an employee of the Company), under Godrej Agrovet Limited - Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2018 ('GAVL ESGS 2018'), upon exercise of 3,076 (Three Thousand Seventy Six) Stock Options by him, at an Exercise Price of ? 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share, as fully Paid-Up Equity Shares.<BR> <BR> The amount realized by the Company upon exercise of the said Stock Options is ? 30,760/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Only) [3,076 Stock Options @ ? 10/- per Stock Option).<BR> <BR> We request you to take the above information on your record. | |
