Took note of In-principle Approvals received from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. <BR> 2. Redemption of 45,00,000 (Forty-Five Lakhs) Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) each.<BR> 3. Allotment of 1,11,77,347 Equity Shares of the Face Value Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, on a preferential basis.
