Pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, vide Notification No. EBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/59 dated December 31, 2018 i.e. SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and further clarification provided by the BSE Ltd and NSE Ltd vide their respective Circulars : LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, the "Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall be closed from April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
