The Standalone Audited Financial Results with Auditor's Report by Statutory Auditors for the 04th quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. 2. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for F. Y. 2022-2023. 3. Appointment of Internal Auditor for F. Y. 2022-2023. 4. To discuss any other matters with the permission of the Chairman.
