In accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated 02nd April 2019, the trading window of the Company shall be remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2021 till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results for the 03rd quarter ended December 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for considering the declaration of financial results for the 03rd quarter ended December 31, 2020 shall be communicated to you in due course.<BR>
