| GOLDEN TOBACCO LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we would like to inform that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 through Video Conferencing Facility, inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter Ended on September 30, 2020 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company had, vide its letter Dated September 30, 2020, informed the Exchanges about Closure of the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company''s securities, as required under the Code of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter Ended on September 30, 2020 i.e. till November 14, 2020.<BR> | |
