With reference to our earlier intimation dated 7th May, 2022, we would like to inform that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad vide its order dated 07.06.2022 (received on 08.06.2022) admitted the application filed by Arrow Engineering Limited under section 7 of the IBC in respect of CIRP of the Company for a sum of Rs. 40.75 crores. The Company is exploring the remedial measures to resolve the issue.
