Pursuant to clause 30 and 43 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of Company have declared an Interim dividend of Rs.1/- (Rupees One only) per equity share of Rs.10/- each, at the meeting held on 23.03.2020 exclusive of dividend distribution tax .
