| Notice is given that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, 38th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. through VC/OAVM. The Notice for the said AGM is attached herewith. A Copy of the Annual Report will be shared in Due Course.<BR> <BR> Further notice is given that In accordance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company provides e-voting facility to its members through electronic voting platform of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The e-voting shall commence on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and will end on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5.00 p.m. (IST) (both days inclusive). During this period shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of September 15, 2021, may cast their vote electronically. | |
