GRADIENTE INFOTAINMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Raising of funds by a way of issue of equity shares or any other security through preferential allotment, as per the regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 read with the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and to consider convening of a meeting of the shareholders' of the Company to obtain approval for such issue, if required.
