| GRADIENTE INFOTAINMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 23 January, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Registered Office of the Company Situated at 306, 3rd Floor, May Fair Gardens, Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Hyderabad - 500034, of the Company to take on record of the followings: 1.To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.2. Any other items with the permission of Chair. As per the provisions of the of the Code of the Conduct for the prevention of the Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for the transactions in shares of the Company is closed for all the Directors/KMP's/Officers and designated Employees till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results. | |
