In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons in Listed or proposed to be Listed Securities of Grasim Industries Limited ('the Company'), the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons from 1st April 2020 and the same will remain closed/ shut till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31st March 2020, to the public. The Board Meeting for approving the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31st March 2020 will be held on or before 30th June 2020.<BR> Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
