This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020 at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 6.00 P.M. had transacted the following business:<BR> 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> 2. Mr. Swapnil Anand Chari having Membership No. ACS 58292 of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has resigned as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 31st October, 2020.<BR> 3. Ms. Neha Arora, Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having Membership No. ACS 57981, has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 10th November, 2020.<BR>
