We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from Friday, 01st October, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed.<BR> <BR> The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 will be intimated separately. <BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR> <BR>
