| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('the Committee') of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 21st October, 2021, has approved the grant of 1,53,976 (One Lakh Fifty Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Six only) Stock Options under 'Greaves Cotton - Employees Stock Option Plan 2020' ('ESOP-2020').
