| This is further to our letter dated 22nd November, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the details of the voting results (through Remote e-voting) in the prescribed format along with the copy of Scrutinizer''s Report for the resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 27th October, 2021. The said resolutions have been passed by the shareholders with requisite majority and are deemed to have been passed on 22nd December, 2021 i.e. the last date specified for remote e-voting. Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic, the voting results of the Postal Ballot is being placed only on the website of the Company at www.greavescotton.com and will also be uploaded on the website of the KFin Technologies Private Limited at www.kfintech.com.
