The Exchange has sought clarification from Greaves Cotton Ltd:<BR><BR>- With reference to the media report appearing on https://www.thehindu.com dated January 03, 2022 titled 'Greaves Electric Mobility to double production capacity'.<BR><BR>And<BR><BR>- With reference to the media report appearing on https://economictimes.indiatimes.com dated January 02, 2022 titled "Greaves Electric Mobility sells over 10,000 units in December".<BR><BR>The Company is requested to submit its clarification to the Exchange in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
