Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Vinay Sanghi (DIN: 00309085), an Independent Director of the Company has completed his second term of office on 3rd August, 2022, thereby completing his two terms as an Independent Director and consequently, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Sanghi has also ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 3rd August, 2022. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation of the contribution made by Mr. Sanghi as a member of the Board. Please take the same on record.
