| GREAVES COTTON LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th November, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from 1st October, 2022 to 16th November, 2022 (both days inclusive).
