We wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 2nd February, 2023 has approved the introduction of an Employee Stock option plan in the Company titled "Greenlam Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2023' (ESOS 2023) framed in accordance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. Subsequently, approval shall be sought from the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot for implementation of ESOS 2023.
