In reference to our intimation letter dated 10th September 2022 and in pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the company has been changed from M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited to M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited with effect from 24th November 2022. The letter received from NSDL dated 23rd November 2022 and CDSL dated 24th November 2022 in connection with change of R & T Agent with effect from 24th November 2022 are enclosed. Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartite agreement between the company, M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited (old RTA) and M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited (New RTA) is under process and the same shall be intimated to you within seven days from the date of entering into the agreement.
