Greenpanel Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Greenpanel Industries Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with Limited Review Report for the corresponding period.
In our earlier letter dated December 27, 2025, we have already informed that the Trading Window to deal in shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2026, to the end of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consequently, the Trading Window will remain closed until Sunday, February 1, 2026.
