Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations), 2015 we wish to inform that the Company vide its email dated 12.09.2022 has intimated Brick Work Rating (the 'Credit Rating Agency') to withdraw the rating assigned by them to the Company with immediate effect. This is to further inform you that Company's bank facilities / debt instrument is already rated by External Credit Rating Agency i.e. Acuite Ratings & Research Ltd vide our earlier communication dated 18.08.2022.
