Grovy India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 02nd February, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at its registered office. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window' for trading in Equity shares of the Company will remain closed for Directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons from Saturday, 01st January, 2022 to Friday, 04th February, 2022 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the 'Trading Window' will be opened on Saturday, 05th February, 2022.
