This is to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Company''s Securities by 'Designated Persons', read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2022.
