Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that as recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. November 12, 2020, has appointed Mr. Dilip B. Ghosh (DIN: 00412406) as an Additional and Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years w.e.f. November 12, 2020 till November 11, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders and his brief profile is enclosed herewith. <BR> We hereby confirm that the director being appointed is not debarred from holding office as a Director of the Company, by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. <BR>
