Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., October 04, 2021 has approved the proposal for increasing Capital Expenditure to the tune of Rs. 200 Crores out of which around Rs. 180 crores is proposed to be utilized for setting up of the Company's new manufacturing unit and balance Rs. 20 Crores for setting up the Research & Development facility, both in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.<BR> <BR> The details thereof are enclosed herewith.
