| Pursuant to the Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the following: 1. Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2022 as recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 9th November, 2022. The Board Meeting commenced at 03:45 p.m. and concluded at 4:45 p.m. 2. Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors for the Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2022 and; 4.
