We write to advise that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st January, 2022 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) in terms of the GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2019. The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and period ending 31st December, 2021.
