This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Companies Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall be closed from July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022.
