In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended 30th June, 2022 (both days inclusive) after the same are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares by the connected person / designated employees of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited.
