This is to inform you that in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended upto date) read with the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from October 1, 2021 for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMP and Designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.<BR>
