Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RTA/Company had on 28th August, 2022 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of Share Certificate/s. In response to this request/s, Company/RTA had informed the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the Shareholders after compliance of required formalities. We are enclosing herewith the Statement displaying the details of the request/s received.
