| We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. November 9, 2022, has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2022. The Meeting commenced at 4.45 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 p.m. In terms of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith: 1 Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2022 ; 2 Independent Auditor's Review Report on Review of Interim Financial Results submitted by the Statutory Auditors, Parikh Mehta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Vadodara.
