| We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 3rd November, 2021, has approved the un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021. The Statutory Auditors have carried out the limited review of the said results. The copy of the un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with the limited review reports is enclosed herewith as Annexure - I.<BR> <BR> Further, the Presentation on the Performance Highlights of the Company is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II for dissemination.
