| The Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. 12th May, 2022. The major outcomes of the said Board Meeting are as under: 1. The Board approved the Audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March, 2022. Copy of the Audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with the Auditors Report is enclosed herewith as Annexure - I Further, the Presentation on the Performance Highlights of the Company is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II for dissemination. The same will also be made available on the website of the Company viz. www.gspcgroup.com. 2. The Board recommended the Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Share of Rs. 10/- each ( i.e. @ 20% ) for the Financial Year 2021-22. | |
